Our Wellbeing Offer

 

We work closely with our colleagues to provide wellbeing support based on their needs. We offer a wide range of wellbeing benefits to enable our colleagues to manage all areas of their wellbeing.

 

​​​​​​​Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

 

Our EAP is a confidential benefit available to all colleagues designed to help them deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting home life or work life, health and general wellbeing.  Financial and legal support is also available. 

 

Mental Health First Aiders

 

We have specialist first aiders who can offer reassurance and signposting to colleagues experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress. 

 

LiveWell Dorset Health Checks

 

We work in partnership to bring free NHS health checks to colleagues who meet a set criteria. 

 

Occupational Health Service

 

Our Occupational Health Service looks at what the impact of your health is on your work and making sure you are fit for the work you do. 

 

Agile working

 

Agile working aims to empower and support colleagues to work where, when and how they choose in order to maximise their productivity and innovation.  

 

Financial support

 

We offer financial support through Our Benefits - a benefits and savings scheme available to all colleagues and their immediate families, travel discounts and free money management courses .

 

Sports and Social Clubs

 

Our social clubs include badminton, book and photography clubs to bring colleagues from different services together.

We run courses on subjects including mental health awareness, lunch and learn sessions and supporting people through change.

Our campaigns are inked with national awareness campaigns to support your wellbeing.
