Join our Seafront Team
Make every day a beach day across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
Enjoy meeting people, being outdoors and staying active? Become part of our supportive team and experience a vibrant summer atmosphere on the coast.
On our award‑winning seafront, you’ll help create brilliant memories for millions of visitors while working with a friendly, supportive team that’s proud of our place and the difference we make.
Why work on our seafront
A place that’s hard to beat - fifteen miles of beautiful coastline, bustling promenades, and golden beaches that regularly feature in Travellers’ Choice awards. You’ll be right at the heart of it, helping to keep our seafront welcoming, safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Be the difference this summer - a team you’ll be proud to join. From the first hello to the last sweep of the promenade, our Seafront Team is known for being positive, professional and people‑centred. Enjoy a role with real impact and real variety.

Roles we’re hiring for
We recruit to a range of seasonal and fixed‑term roles each year. Typical opportunities include:
- General Seafront Assistants – all‑round customer service and on‑the‑ground support across our seafront sites
- Rangers – visible presence on the prom, offering guidance and helping everyone enjoy the beach safely
- Resort Information Team – friendly faces who give visitors the right info, right when they need it
- Catering Assistants & Kitchen Team – great service and great food in our seafront venues
You don’t need years of experience. If you bring enthusiasm, reliability, good communication and people skills, we’ll support you in your seafront role.
Be the difference this summer: work flexible shifts by the beach, earn extra cash and build skills that matter.

Real impact, real variety - no two shifts are the same. You might start with a sunrise check, support a busy café at lunchtime, help with wayfinding in the afternoon, and finish with a tidy‑down before a coastal event kicks off.

- Welcoming visitors with a smile, accurate information, and practical help

- A genuine customer‑first mindset and great communication skills
- Team spirit—you’re dependable and enjoy working with others
- Situational awareness and confidence to follow safety procedures
